Find the Right Adaptor for Your Tap

Every tap is different. Follow these three simple steps to identify your thread size and choose the perfect adaptor for your Clearstream Element.

1. Remove Your Tap Aerator

If your tap has a removable aerator, simply unscrew it from the spout. A cloth works great for extra grip. If yours doesn't have one, no worries. The universal adaptor included with your Clearstream Element should have you covered.

2. Identify Your Thread Type

Take a look at the end of your tap. If the threads are on the inside, you'll need a male adaptor. If they're on the outside, you'll need a female adaptor. Easy as that.

3. Measure the Diameter

Grab some calipers or a ruler and measure the diameter of your threads in millimetres. That number is all you need to pick the right adaptor below.
